By creating an account, submitting a listing, purchasing a plan, or otherwise using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you should not use this website or its services.
2. Description of Services
ListMyBiz provides a business directory platform that allows users to create listings and purchase optional services, including but not limited to:
- Manual business citation setup across third-party directories
- Business listing visibility and promotional campaigns
- Dashboard tools for managing listings and viewing activity
- Optional marketing and exposure features
Services may change, improve, or be discontinued at any time without notice.
3. Listings & User Responsibilities
You agree that all information submitted in your business listing is accurate, complete, and lawful. You are solely responsible for the content you provide, including business details, descriptions, images, and contact information.
We reserve the right to remove or modify listings that contain false, misleading, illegal, offensive, or inappropriate content.
4. Citations & One-Time Setup
Certain plans include a one-time manual citation setup, which involves placing your business information across multiple third-party directories.
- Citation setup is performed once per listing unless otherwise stated
- Citation placements are not repeated monthly
- The specific directories used are determined at our discretion
- We do not guarantee inclusion on any specific third-party website
Once citations are submitted, they are considered delivered even if third-party sites later change or remove listings.
5. Traffic & Visibility Campaigns
Some plans include ongoing visibility or traffic-boosting campaigns designed to increase awareness and exposure.
- Traffic numbers, impressions, or reach figures are estimates only
- We do not guarantee page views, leads, conversions, sales, or rankings
- Results may vary based on industry, location, seasonality, and other factors
- Campaign performance may fluctuate day to day
Traffic campaigns are intended for promotional exposure only and should not be interpreted as guaranteed results.
6. Payments, Pricing & Subscriptions
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.
- Subscription plans are billed on a recurring basis
- You may cancel your subscription at any time before the next billing cycle
- Canceling stops future billing and ongoing services
- Listings and promotional features may be removed upon cancellation
No Refund Policy
Due to the manual nature of our work (including citation setup and campaign configuration), all payments are non-refundable once work has begun, including partial months.
7. Free Listings & Expired Plans
Free listings may have limited visibility and features.
If a paid plan expires or is canceled:
- Citation placements already completed remain permanent
- All active traffic and promotional campaigns stop
- The listing may be hidden or downgraded in visibility
8. Third-Party Services
ListMyBiz relies on third-party platforms, tools, and directories to deliver certain services. We are not responsible for:
- Changes made by third-party websites
- Downtime, removal, or policy changes on external platforms
- How third parties use or display submitted information
Use of third-party services is subject to their own terms and policies.
9. Account Security & Communications
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. We will never ask for your password or full payment details via email, phone, or text.
You agree not to share sensitive information with anyone claiming to represent ListMyBiz outside of official communication channels.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ListMyBiz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the website or services, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, or business interruption.
All services are provided “as is” and “as available.”
11. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our services at any time if these Terms are violated or if misuse of the platform is detected.
12. Modifications to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
